Ian P. Fellerman
Mr. Fellerman specializes in employment litigation, representing clients in wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unfair competition and trade secret lawsuits. He has successfully handled numerous trials in both state and federal courts. Mr. Fellerman also regularly responds to charges filed with various state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, DOL, and OFCCP.

Suzanne Price
Ms. Price regularly advises the firm’s clients about traditional labor relations issues including employee discipline in a union environment and employer obligations to bargain changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and/or the effects of those changes. She often serves as the chief spokesperson for management in labor negotiations. In addition, Ms. Price is an experienced investigator of alleged workplace misconduct, including claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Monna R. Radulovich
Ms. Radulovich counsels employers regarding a variety of employment law issues, including compliance matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She revises and prepares the personnel policies and employee handbooks of our clients. She also advises employers about workplace violence, drug and alcohol testing requirements, privacy rights and free speech issues.

Joan Pugh Newman
Ms. Pugh Newman’s specialty is advising employers regarding compliance with employment laws, including the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Pregnancy Disability Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and State discrimination laws. She has extensive experience responding to charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. She is also an experienced Investigator.
